Tandem Law is a family law firm in Moncton, New Brunswick, whose values are rooted in collaboration and partnership. When undergoing extensive renovations in 2016, they sought to create a fresh, and modern office space.
Working with the architecture team at Avondale Construction, the goal was to create a space that is both comfortable and welcoming—a space that encourages collaboration through open offices and shared workspaces.
eyecandy’s design team was engaged to develop an interior sign system that complemented the modern interior design. As a law firm, there was a need for creating private nooks while maintaining an open and collaborative environment. To meet this need, eyecandy worked with Avondale’s design director to design and install custom window frosting with contour cut graphics on the first and second surfaces, creating depth and light play. This creative application maintains the feeling of openness and light and provides a space for intimate conversations.

eyecandy also customized Avondale’s phone booth themed design for private meeting areas using vinyl decals to add to the functionality of these spaces. Keeping with this theme, each meeting area indicates the room number using the phone concept in a way that is unique and playful.
